God gives good gifts! How wonderful would it be if the very thing we wanted would just come to us when we want it.
We all know how it is, we pray, knock, seek, and ask just like the Word tells us to and still... nothing. What is happening! Why is it taking so long? We keep the faith, use our words and still... nothing! God says He will reward those that diligently seek Him, so we continue seeking Him and He works things toward our good, while our eyes are on Him and not the thing we want. We sometimes just want what we want, but God wants to give us more. He wants to give us a mature heart. So we have no other choice but to wait of the Lord while learning to be in good courage. Ps 27:14 Then one day when we are not even paying attention, it's like God taps us on the shoulder and says "look", and seemingly, out of nowhere, the very thing we have prayed about for the last few years is standing right in front of us. Upon receiving some promises in my life I realized some incredible things were happening in my heart. -I finally understood that God always has the perfect timing, and He is ALWAYS RIGHT! -He will not be pushed around by my emotional fits, and I had a few. -I had to develop a new trust in Him with each step of faith. -I found that I developed discipline in my soul and stopped playing the victim. -With each new level I had to learn to breathe in a new fresh way. My seek after Him had to change. -I had to learn to eat His Word (Bible) on a new level. I had to grow up to hear Him differently. -It was not all about me, but it started with me, because our life affects someone else life. -Always stay teachable. You may know a lot, but there will always be more to learn. -Welcome God's correction, He corrects those He love, and by correcting us He makes us more like Jesus. He 12:6 -The good gift was all about His mission and for His Kingdom to come in the earth through us. In view of the "promise" that you will receive from the Father, let Him show you all thing greater promises you gained on your way up your mountain. You will be amazed and the tears you cried on your way will spring forward into tears of joy!!
