For 32 years this very powerful statement in the Bible eluded me. I wanted freedom from poor health and obesity, but I didn't understand at that time that freedom comes in seed form. You must obtain the right seed, water it, care for it to ensure that it grows properly. Good health comes from the right thought process concerning eating and exercising.
During my own weight-loss and health care journey, I have gained many tools, and have obtained many strategies from God that has allowed me to lose 140 lbs, and I want to share them with you.
